Who We Are

Taylor Austin
BSN, RN, IBCLC
Registered Nurse,
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
Taylor graduated from Indiana University in 2003 with Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. After working in the health and wellness field for 5 years, she returned to school to pursue a nursing degree, and graduated from IUPUI in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Taylor worked in the NICU for several years helping premature babies thrive and return home with their parents. Experience in the NICU, along with having her first child, led her to pursue a certification in lactation. She started her career in the lactation department at Ascension St. Vincent in 2013, where she gained 9 years of experience as a lactation consultant and clinical supervisor of lactation.
Taylor is passionate about all areas of lactation and loves spending her time helping families achieve their goals. She has enjoyed her time helping new couplets in the outpatient and NICU setting, and is now eager to help families in the comfort of their own homes.
When not working, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. They love to travel and explore new areas. She loves to start her day with coffee, a chat with her husband, and taking her boxer for a walk. On the side, she also helps her husband restore old houses and make them beautiful again.

Taylor Hoehn
Administrative Assistant
After working in healthcare and childcare, Taylor spent several years at an outpatient facility where she worked directly with patients and the billing processes. She developed a special interest in helping patients and families better understand insurance protocols. Taylor became familiar with the added stress this can cause families who are already experiencing the weight of needing health care. Upon the arrival of Taylor’s second child, she left her job to stay home with her children.
As the world evolved into a more “remote-friendly” work environment, Taylor gladly took the opportunity to continue her role as a stay at home mom while jumping into the role as administrative assistant. In her role here she is able to return to her interests in helping responsible parties understand their billing and insurance.
When Taylor is not working, she loves to spend her time with family, especially her husband and three children. When the weather is nice they spend the majority of their time outside. She loves to shop and watch a good show with her husband.
